Someone keep  calling from this number, saying I have a loan from them they have my bank information they continue to call but stating I live in Austin in which I never have.  When I try to call the number back it sounds like foreginers and alot of static.  They say there office is outta Califronia

Yes I keep repeatedly getting calls from this "so-called" attorney's office in California.  They have threatened court action by this Wednesday 3/12/2012 and that I also may lose my job.  They called several months ago.  Rather unnerving because they do somehow have all of my personal information.  I have submitted complaints with the FCC and BBB -- looks like I will have to do it again!

Has anyone ever shown up at your work or home?

My husband and I started receiving these calls from Ignacio, CA.  about 2 days ago stating that we took out an online loan for over 1500.00 and threatened us with officers at our door on friday if we didn't resolve it before then.  They stated it was wired via electronically to our bank account.  WE DO NOT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT!!! The Eastern Indian accent man couldn't even speak english.  Never the less I was pissed.  I asked them for proof of all the documents of us even receiving any monies and they kept giving me the run around.  The name on the e-mail was Brian Lincoln and they used a Judges name of Dexter Frogg lol. I looked on the internet for judges in california of a Dexter Frogg and got this site.  I knew it was a scam!!! Thank you.

THEY KEEP CALLING ME TELLING ME THEY ARE DOING A INVESTIGATION ON ME FOR A LOAN..HAHA I NEVER HAD ONE THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD SHOW UP AT MY WORK ON MONDAY. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS FINE I KNEW THEY WERE A SCAM AND I WOULD HAVE THE POLICE WAITING FOR THEM. HE SAID OK WE WILL DO FURTHUR INVESTIGATION. I HAVE A POLICE REPORT OPEN AND I WILL ADD THIS TO IT.
