I got a similar calls that others are reporting on Saturday March 7 2015. My caller id indicated that the call was from Inverness, California. A reverse search revealed that the number was a landline and Skype VOIP. Furthermore, the phone provider is listed as Teleport Communication Group. One search gave the geographic coordinates of phone. However, I wasn't going to pay a service to get the owner of the phone number.
