Got same one IRS would not contact in this manner, crappy electronic message.

This is just a scam where somebody cold-calls, pretends to be IRS and  tries to scare you into paying money to somebody by Green dot money pak which is untraceable.
Ignore the call and do not return it.  Block the number.

They just called me two times, but never left a message.

They called me and said they were calling from the IRS and it's time sensitive and I need to call them back and not delay.  Julie Smith 415-234-9588
