Automated robo call claiming to be an IRS agent. Agent Nicky Johnson demands that I or my retained attorney call them back regarding this SERIOUS legal matter. If only I had contacted that princess from Nigeria and claimed my share of $25,000,000, I could afford to pay Agent Johnson. Wait, I could have claimed my share of 20,000,000 euros from my dear uncle who was killed in the London train bombing. I am saving my money for when my nephew gets arrested in (Canada or Mexico) and needs me to send them bail money...

Just got the same message.  It was cut off on the voicemail but the rest of the message was verbatim what everyone has posted above.  I guess they are robo callers.  It seems to be getting worse and this is a fairly new phone number.

It's spam!  I went on the IRS website and I clicked on "Reporting Phishing "  There is good info about phone scams and the I was redirected here to report it : http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml   , however I didn't liked that it asked for name, address, email, phone, and a PIN #? Why? Well, on the www does says "gov" but I'm still very skeptic, we should be able to report a scam phone number without having to give this sort of information.

I just got the call too, automated female voice threatening to take action against me if I did not return the call.  Nerve wracking and do not need that stress!!!

I have to wonder - do we all have something in common - TurboTax perhaps?
