I received the same call. I have notified TIGTA and 11 alive news to see if it can be stopped.

Received 2 calls today from 415-234-0491. I did not return the first call but answered the second to hear an automated female voice stating that she was from the IRS and I should have my attorney or employ an attorney to call and not to ignore the call in order to prevent legal action being taken against me. Have not responded.

Got this call 7 times in a day. Robot voice female threatening if I don't call back they will take legal action on me.

I got two identical messages from this number threatening legal action if I didn't call back. "I am Law officer Nikki Johnson from the Internal Revenue Service". Yikes, I called the number back but just got a machine.

We received two calls from the female robot voiced Nicki Johnson officer from the IRS yesterday telling us that we or our attorney must call their hotline phone number 415-234-0491 back immediately to avoid legal action against us. We received another call from the same Nicki Johnson at 6am this morning. I realize this is a scam but am interested in the authorities putting a stop to this scam.
