Got a couple of calls from this number, hangs up when I don't answer.

Sam as Eric.  Called but when my message recorder came on, caller hung up.

Called today and the other day.  Hangs up when my recorder comes on.

Has called a few times in the past 2 weeks.  Never leaves a message, and the one time I felt like seeing what it was about, they did not speak when I said hello. The caller ID showed Out of Area but was from my own area code.
Such an incredible invasion to one's home and quiet enjoyment.  The FCC needs to take action.
