I just got a call with a call back number of 4152234101. It was a heavily accented woman, she said her name was sara Wilson. I told them I wasnt me, and she proceeded to tell "my roommate" that I had to be in court for a second offence at 11 am tomorrow morning or else an officer of the law would come and drag me out of my job.  AND... that I would be put behind bars for 6 months.  She then asked me if I knew 2 other people (who I work with) and said they have to appear in court with me...

I've gotten the same call. What do we have in common? Have you tried to get a car loan or any type of loan recently?

No, I haven't.  I can't think of anything I have done that would warrent this call.  Let alone have my co-workers involved.

All I can think of is maybe you filled out something with references on it. Contact your local law enforcement.

i think its when you try to get a payday loan they take all your information. dont worry no one will come to your house. they are in california. definitely report it at your precint just in case
