Have received 4 calls in 2 days.  They hang up seconds after I answer.  It's an "unknown" caller.

They want to "help" you find health insurance.

I usually block unknown callers.  Especially the ones like this who got my name and contact info from an unknown source.

Three calls in the last couple of days. Once tried to sell me health insurance, twice hung up when I answered.

I have gotten calls from this number many times, usually two to three times per day. A recording starts asking questions about health insurance. I answered the questions and finally got through to a live person. I told them I had already obtained insurance after reducing my hours at work and had to get outside insurance through ACA. I asked that they take my phone number off their call list, of course they assured me they would and I have gotten two more calls from them. Annoying as heck! The number is based in San Francisco CA.
