this is ryan ritch you have taken a payday loan and you are being cghareged with fraud! you must take care of this

SCAM SAYING CRIME MONITORING CENTER OUT OF CAMPBELL, CA-2 OTHER #'S THEY CALL FROM-818-338-5069, & 941-961-8518.

Scam.  I was denied a payday loan, and they called me anway saying they were taking me to court for the full amount.  Uh.. .right.  Just got off the phone with National Payday, they're aware of the scam and trying to crack down and find out who it is.

I think that it is a SCAM and if it isnt how do I find out! and why wont they give me any information of who they are

They're not giving you any information because they're a scam.  don't give them anything.  They got the information when National Payday's database got hacked.  If you, or anyone reading this, gets a call from these guys and they demand money (which they will) call your local Police department and file a report:  Extortion and suspected identity theft.
