Same caller no answer

Called my cell phon, no caller ID info, left no voice mail.

A caller using +1 (415) 109-2565 as their caller ID called my cellphone. I declined the called and they didn't leave a voicemail. I would not be surprised if they are spoofing caller IDs.

There was a very long dead air delay when I answered.
As I was about to hang up, a man came on and said he was from "L K Construction and Remodeling" and was working in my area and asked if I had home repair or remodeling to be done.  I told him no, but if I had something come up I would look his company up online.  He hung up.
Of course, an online search turns up no such company in the bay area.
The phone number is obviously spoofed - as no U.S. exchanges begin with either "0" or "1" - so 109 exchange does not exist.
NEVER agree to any services from an unknown cold-caller !!

Received a call from this number; there was a long delay and I hung up.  I agree with Bill. Not a real caller.
