Today - Jan 24, 2013, at approximately (to the best of my recollection) 4:33 PM I received a phone call when I was not at home and my telephone recorded the source but the message window stated "Unable to see name of caller" or words to that effect. I tried to return the call but the phone company recording stated that unable to call as dialed, please try again. I punched in the numbers and was told that it's not a working number. I called AT&T Operator and she told me that no such number is possible, that the first three numbers cannot begin with a Zero. If it's not possible, then how did it happen - my telephone receiver kept the number. Also, here is this website for this number...
