ID says: "Cell Phone WI".....  Not sure if this is legit or not, but I have had no business with anyone in Wisconsin. Caller ignored the screener's warning, and said / did nothing as instructed by call blocker. Could have been a wrong number, or just another of the far too many scammers and spoofers that call every day and have been infesting the phone lines in recent years.
