when the phone was answered I could hear people in the background talking and after saying hello 3 times I hung up.  I called back and the recording went to voicemail for a PR Department.

Called my job looking for the HR manager. When I asked him what the call was regarding he stumbled on his words and then made up a fake name. I put him on hold and he hung up. I could hear people in the background talking.

Twice today I received calls from this telephone number wanting to talk to our HR Manager.  When I said they were unavailable, the man started asking me projected company growth questions which I refused to answer.  He they hung up. Bot times it was the same.  Lots of noise in the back ground like it was a call center of some size.  Both times the caller did not identify themselves or the company.

These people call about 10 times a day every day. They usually asked for the HR manager. She doesn't have time to take this kind of assinine call, but they are welcomed to leave a voice mail, which they do not do. If we were interested, I'm sure we would call back. It's no need in harrassing us every day if we're not interested.  Anyway, the last time they called woman named "Carol Lee" (which is probably a made-up name) said she was from "Man Power" and wanted to ask me just one question. I had some time so I agreed (thinking this would end the incessant calls.) I listened for about 20 seconds, and she NEVER got finished asking her long-winded question which was actually a sales pitch, so I hung up.
