He was greeted and continually spoke to me in spanish.  I had first ask him who he is in english, but he repeatedly spoke to me in his language. From what I can recall of the language he spoke, was isulting and somewhat threating from the tone of his his words. Words such as "cabron" meaning stupid. So I decided to hang up, then he called back seconds later and repeatedly talking to me in his language, so I then replied "I do not know you" and said "No habla espanol". Then thats when he understood and hang up.
