If that were true, they need to prove it by mailing a validation of debt to the person they are calling. Phone calls, emails, faxes, and texts are not legal methods of debt notification. Besides, plenty of scammers call people who owe NO debt to try and steal from them. So your post is inaccurate.

Calls, leaves no message. I called the number back and there was no name or business announced. As soon as that line picked up it said "All of our agents are busy. Please stay on the line for our next available representative. I hung up.

Has called 2-3 times. Nothing but the phone in the description and never leaves a message.

they called and did not leave a message.  I called the number back and a woman answered "Hi this is Diane, can I help you?" no announcement of company or anything.  Blocked the number.
