received a call at work from this number with a threat that i would be arrested at work tomorrow from a defaulted payday loan.  ask for documentation, they could not send me any...would not give me law firms name..........

I got one as well........ some kind of scam I'm guessing.

I applied for a short term loan on a website that connects you with lenders but is not a lender themselves. I guess they got my # that way and are hoping I am in trouble or something. The other thing that made me wonder is the fact that they did'nt have a full grasp on the English language. Red flag # 2.......

Got this call and the man left a message, heavy accent possibly Indian? He told me to have my attorney call him back, and "Wished me luck, as the situation unfolds on me", yeah scam, I have been getting a lot of these lately especially with people from overseas calling. Yeah I owe nothing, and if they think I do they can bring me to court, but they wont because they are not a legit company. For those of you worring, dont worry they are not for real no one will arrest you, feel free to call them on their B.S. but its been my experiance that they just break down and start swearing at you as soon as you do. :)
