Just received a call from on call display *Visa Department* phone number 1-414-742-3949.
The man had an Indian accent and started by saying this is the Visa department and wanted to know if we put a $600.00 charge on our visa. First of all what visa? I told him I did not believe him and that it was a scam. My husband on the other phone had something else to say before we hung up!

Same thing just happened to me at 5:19 a.m. Wondering about that same $600.00!! Hope they soon find someone gullible enough to believe their story!!

Just got a call from this number asking if I had made a $600 charge on my Visa.  I said what Visa.  He said your bank Visa.   I said what bank.  He said CIBC Visa.   I said where are you calling from and he said Toronto.  Not likely with that phone # or Indian accent.   I said I don't think you are calling from Toronto at all and he hung up.   Only reason I spoke to him so long was because 5 days ago my Amex card was compromised thru Ticketmaster and I had the card cancelled but not until someone enjoyed the Bluejay game on my card.
