He just call me again as I was here. He says strange things to me that I do not understand and swares alot. He wont tell me who he is, does any one know here?

I just got a call here as well from a rude guy. sounds southern. He was asking for someone who don't live here. When I told him he got the wrong number he told me off! I tried calling back but couldn't get through, it just beeped like a busy signal.
