Likely spam call from Milwaukee, WI.... no voice mail left, I looked it up and was a previously reported spam caller.... I blocked it on my phone. I get a spam call about every other day from a widely disparate area of the country. If the caller does not leave a voice mail I routinely block it. Once in a blue moon I'll block a legit caller, but that is the price to pay for privacy in today's world.
