i called back this number from my cell phone and the recording sid that it's area code is 262 not 414. When I called it from my ofice phone number it has a busy signal like it is not in service.

Happened the samething to me. When I called back it said you have reached a non working number.

I received a call on this number and it was a magazine subscription service. The magazine was Control Design and they wanted to verify my subscription information.  The unusual thing was they wanted to verify my company Federal ID number. Since this is not for general use, was this a Government Department inquiry? The voice had a male east indian accent.

I got a voice mail message from this number, and it was a bunch of weird almost "alien" noises. It went on and on. I called it back and got a fast busy signal.
