missed a call from it

Received call from 414-433-1630 requesting that I call them back immediately regarding my ex-husband. When I called they said they had me listed as an emergency contact. The guy was very rude and nasty with me when I was trying to explain that I had not spoken to the person in over 10 years. I found out that they had also contacted my parents and told them the same thing.

I also received a call from this number from a man looking for my brother in law.  He said my number was left as a contact number and something about a file number.  I believe this is some sort of scam because it sounded like the guy was a redneck from who knows where sitting in a cheap hotel room/makeshift calling center.  I have two other numbers associated with this call.  215-279-9325 and 877-271-8406 (this is the number he actually left for me to have my brother in law call him back at).

He stated that he is an attroney and wanted to get a hold with my friend immediately about the legal case. He wanted me to give him my friend cell or work number. I feel uncomfortable so, I told him that I will forward his message to my friend instead. He left call back number @ 877-271-8406

Got a call from this number and asking me to pay them for a visa card which I never had.
