Investigator Gerard Newman left a voiceman at work, saying he needed to speak with me asap due to the retainment of his attorneys in his office with accussations against me.  Another scammer.  This person I guess doesn't realize to say they have attorney's unless they don't.  Odd he doesn't leave a comapny or firm name...I wonder why?

I got the same call, only this was a female saying to call Gerard Newman to answer for some complaints filed. I am not even going to bother calling back, total scam.

I got a call from Jerrod Newman of Goldberg Maxwell. It's not a scam, they're legit. I took out payday loans a few years back & wasn't able to pay them back right away, they're the firm retained by the payday loan comps to go after the checks i issued to cover the balance. He's very helpfull & I'm glad this is off my credit!!!
