I answer and incoming call from 414-431-0420.  Caller asks, "Is this (then uses my last name)?"  I ask, "Can I help you."  He replies, "Is this (last name)?"  I say, "You're calling me."  He says, "I know but I want to make sure I have the right person.  Never mind man" and hangs up.
