Just received this call a few minutes ago. They never leave a message and I'm not about to call these people back. So tired of these irritating phone calls. Whats the point of putting ones number on the do not call registry if these types of calls can still get through?

Looks like they're using a new number, just got a call on my cell phone from this number saying this is my last opportunity to lower my credit card rates.   Hit 1 to see if I could get through to someone and got hung up on.

Just got call today, they left no message.  I called the number and it stated the mail box was full.
