This number called stating that they were what's called "PPS". I have no clue who they are or why they're calling but they call about 3 times a day, but not only my house, my girlfriends house too. Help?

Called this morning, left a vm directing me to call 888-840-4370 to "pay a debt". I called the number back from my work phone which has privacy manager so doesn't show up on caller IDs, a "Jaquita" answered and I told her I received a call from the number and she automatically knew my name. She told me she couldn't tell me anything without me verifying my address and DOB. I asked what they had on file for me to verify. She wouldn't tell me then hung up. Very rude.

scumbag keeps calling

They call back every so often with the same spiel !!   This is a debt collector.  The woman says they are Professional Placement Services ???????
