Caller had a foreign accent...not Wisconsin.. called tonite after 9:30 pm claiming to be from MSN Outlook to assist me with my computer.. I said no thank you and hung up.I'm in Canada bc

THE NUMBER HAD AN EXTRA 1 AT THE END AND WHEN I CALLED BACK GOT US CELLULAR SAYING THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE! IT ONLY RANG ONCE THEN WENT TO MISSED CALLS.
