This phone number calls my cell and leaves a cryptic message that does not indicate what business they are from. The caller's message is always something like " Hi, this is XXX, I have some exciting news for you so give me a call." I believe the message is from a company called It's Just Lunch (IJL). It is supposed to be a dating service for professionals. They pick all your matches for you so there is not contact between you and the other person until you meet at a restaurant. The restaurant reservation is also made by IJL. I paid $1800 with a promise of 14 dates in 12 months. My specs were simple and straight forward. I had 3 dates in 12 months none of which came even close to the specs I gave them. Then they tried to force me to accept a date with a guy that was old enough to be my father. I told them I would only accept dates that were within 8 years of my age (which I think is reasonable) considering they claimed to have such a large pool of people. After that they stopped calling. Then 2 years later and every year since they call back claiming to have some "great news" or "new dates" for me but if I respond they tell me I have to pay another 1 year fee before they will give me any more information - even though they still owe me 11 dates from my first subscription. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If you want a date try match.com or some other dating site. Sites like match.com are cheaper and don't scam people like IJL.
