Caller immediately said "This is ________ (I didn't catch his name), calling from a recorded line"....proceeded with script on how he was responding to my inquiry about "furthering my education".   What a crock of excrement.  Told him NO and not to call this number again.

who is this caller

Didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message.  I called it back and it was busy.

Scam

Same thing - "Jon from something-or-other Advisors, calling on a recorded line inquiring about my interest in furthering my education.  Either a telemarketer or scam.

I have received 2 calls from this number (Education Advisors) and both times they were told to stop calling.
