Just recieved 2 calls from this number in Long Beach, CA.
Don't have any family or friends in Wisconson, and not sure why the Froedtert Hospital would be calling but may try answering it the next time.

After the 3rd call I decided to answer.  Was a survey company with 2 short questions about California using Natural Gas as a power source and Power Plants on the coastline.  Took no more than 3min.

We get a call from this number about 3 times a night.  Always nobody on other end.  Some people say it is a hospital in Milwaukee.  It may come up as that.  Probably a Spoofed Number.  However it is very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got three calls, also in Long Beach.  Two no one spoke and finally disconnected after about 30 seconds.  Third one, silence for about ten seconds, then a woman spoke.  She identified herself as being with Sterling Opinion Poll.  I told her about the previous annoying calls, and also told her I didn't like blank phone numbers which show only the area code, and suggested that her company display their real number and hung up.

I received call today at 1:30 pm from this 414 number above. My caller ID indicated that the call was from Wisconsin. I pickup, and of course no one said anything for a while, then I said sarcastically to whom ever it was on the other end, "Anybody home." They hung up. It is interesting that just before I got this call the next door resident to my north got through harassing me with his vehicle horn- something that has been on-going for years. The two incidents may or may not be related though. Enforcement is lousy here.
