I received a call from this number on August 3, 2013. I waited until the recording about "lowering my interest rates" to go through so I could tell them put me on the Do not call list. The rude man on the other end told me that they would lower all my cards to 6%. I told him which card. He said he works for chase, sears, etc., and they do all of them. I told him that I would check with my card companies personally (as I knew it to be a scam), and I told him to remove me from their call list. He told me that my cards would now go up to 29%, which I told him was bulls***. He then told me that he would cancel all of my cards. Again, bull.......I told him to never call my home again. I have reported it to all of my credit card companies, even though I never gave him a single card number. My advise is not to pick up the phone for the scammer.
