I received a call from this number this morning, 3-10-15. A man with a heavy foreign accent said that he was from The Windows Technical Dept. When I told him that there is no windows company; it would be Microsoft who does not call consumers. He said that he was getting a signal from my computer. I told him that he was not getting anything from my computer, he was a scammer trying to steal information.
