This person posted a fake ad on Craiglist on Orange County and offered free washer and dryer which I contacted by SMS. He then use my phone number and created a fake craiglist secret code for olman320@gmail.com and ask me to send the secret code to verify if I am a real person. When I went to advertise my ad on craiglist, it says it has been registered for another account. I have the feeling this in an attempt to steal my identity

I also responded to an ad on craigslist and I got the same response.  The text for a code to see if I'm a real person.  Now I can't post any of my own ads on craigslist.  (413-776-9672)

I just had the same thing happen to me. I didn't realize that it was a scam until I checked the number out and found all of your posts.

This number is currently being given in a craigslist add for sex, i.e., "wanna have some fun to start the wkend - w4m - 22 (boston)".  FWIW--beware.

this person everytime on monday put the ads on CL  I text but always  send me this williekern771@gmail.com
