If they don't do anything, what are they there for?

I receive a call a day from these people wanting to sell me reduced credit card rates and financing   There is no provision to be removed from their list   When I call them - they hang up when asked to remove me.

After I got a call from this number and hung up before the finished who they were, a couple of hours later I got a call from Debbie lol

Left a message asking if I want to lower my interest rate

Caller called himself Jerzy Pryhozen from Kansas.
