D & D Chimney & Masonry services. They use other numbers, too, and the caller id just shows "Massachusetts".  I do not live in their area, and am on the DNC list. The man knew my name, and, when told that I don't accept telemarketing calls, said he would remove me from his call sheet.  I also got a call from them last year, using another 413 number. If I get a second call from this number, I will report it, as I have been on the DNC list for years. Obviously, this business has no regard for the DNC. list. They are not a non-profit, and I have never done business with them, so they have no legitimate reason to call. I personally think that the DNC list is a waste of time, because no one abides by it, and it is not enforced. Just another government bureacracy wasting tax dollars.
