Repeated calls at dinnertime - the signature of a non profit or political org

Received, but missed the call. No message left. When you call this # back a message plays indicated the # is disconnected.

This is really annoying, I am registered on all the do not call lists.

413-592-1163 D D Masonry Chimney Cleaning called - unauthorized telemarketer claimed that they were "cleaning chimneys in your area" - strange since they are located over 100 miles away!  FCC DNC Complaint filed.
