Just called.  No message left. I see my previous complaint just before this post.

Received another call from this # 3/4/16 @ 6:31 p.m.  Did not answer & no message left.  Caller ID: Chester, MA.

Right.  Chester is is the boonies of Hampden County in Western Mass; an extremely rural place; not likely any boiler rooms there - they'd have to hire cows and chickens to man the phones!  Likely a spoofed #. We got the call on 2/21/16, just minutes after we left for vacation!  HA!   I've noticed that over the 13 months we've been getting calls from THIS scam (solar/switch electric providers) that at first the calls looked like they came from other states, often on the other side of the country. Those I knew at a glance were spam.  Now the SCAMMERS are getting more clever and using numbers much closer to their intended victims. They 'gotten' me a few times with area codes in my state where I have a lot of family, friends and doctors; although I knew the Chester one was a scam: no close ones there.  Problem is, in India/Philippines/MiddleEast they likely do not have a map of the specific area code areas of Mass, and the 413 Area Code encompasses FOUR very large disparate counties!  I guess the Indians/ISIS Scammers need to study their USA geography better!  SUCK IT SCAMMERS!
