This number calls 2-3 times a day, every day, all times of the day up to 9:30 at night.  I called it back and get a busy signal.  caller ID only says Massachusetts.  I have CPR call blocker and it gets through it so I used my limited space on my Panasonic phone to block it today finally.

A man or woman calls repeatedly!  When I told them not to call again, the woman said that she will call every day if she wants!  They are from American Solar Program. Don't give them a chance. Be warned...... do not answer!!!!

Called four times in last two hours. Never anyone on the line when answered.

Caller was silent for extended period on answering machine, then singing, then silent period, then more singing.  Mental health issues?
