They called and asked to speak to the person in charge of paying the energy bill. I called them back and spoke to Sheila who said it was ESPI. I asked her why she called and she said that they offer people savings on their electric companies. They called one night and I told them no one was here to talk to and they said they would call again in the morning, but never did. Weird.
