Got a call on Election night at 7:16PM (polls close at 8) but no message left.  All attempts to 'find' this number (404 exchange) in 413 area code have failed.  Its not even listed in the 2014 PHONE BOOK as a valid exchange.

Not home; no msg left.  Wondering if this is POLITICAL,  DRUG related (we get all kinds of wrong numbers for a local drug dealer/pizza parlor known for drug activity - local cops are DIRTY and DO NOTHING about it) or SPOOFED SPAM.
