Who is this caller?

I've gotten two calls in a row,  for the past 3 days at different times. Approx. from 10:30a.m - 2:30p.m Accidentally sending a text to this number, signed me up for a weekly Humor text service.

I don't pick up but my voicemail only captures the end of the machine asking me to press 7to win a prize.

Not sure how to stop.
