Called every hour on hour for a whole day

calls everyday!!! the caller id says north adams , ma . I answer so I can yell at them to stop calling but there is nothing every time I have called the number still no answer STOP CALLING ALREADY OR SAY SOMETHING  SO WE CAN GET OVER IT ALREADY  AND NO I DONT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU OR LISTEN TO YOUR SALES PITCH.
