I got this call today... there was a beep then a man came on with an accent.. He called me by my first name and said he was from National Grid and wanted to discuss my electric bill and how he could lower it.. he said he needed my acct number.. I asked how he knew my first name.. didnt answer.. then i said if you are calling from National Grid you should have my acct number on your screen.. he said their computer were down.. So I told him that he would have to call my husband he handles all bills and I would give him my husbands work number.. he asked where was the number for.. I told him National Grid.. that is who my husband works for... he hung up immediately... my husband works for National Grid and he will let someone know the number that is making these calls

Received a call from 413-340-1397 on 8/11/2016 at 2:57pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Williamsburg MA". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the comments posted I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.

Call on 8/11. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. No message. Sounds like typical scammers based on other comments.
