Call to my personal, private, pre-paid cell.  Unknown Number.  Rejected it; didn't call back so am assuming its spam.  Anyone else getting this number?

My cell seems to be similar to someone who is likely selling contraband; get an awful lot of 413 wrong numbers.

Just found out on another site its the tired old "Lower Your Interest Rates" CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM.
