THIS is a PITTSFIELD, MA **CELL PHONE** Number.  It called my land line today - IN PITTSFIELD - and left the tired old msg of "LOWERING YOUR INTEREST RATES" CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM.  I can't believe it.  Talk about TARGETING MARKETING!

Normally I do not do this, but since it was a LOCAL CALL for me, I called it back.  Rang twice, then went to 'dead air' and then disconnected after about 15 seconds.

We do have a telemarketing firm in town (SCUMBAGS) that hire all the PAROLEES and Welfare [***].  Maybe its them.

Called again today.  Thought I had it BLOCKED but somehow it got through.  WHERE are all the OTHER complaints about this #; I can't be the ONLY one getting this call.
