Automated female voice stating it is the IRS with Final Notice. I ignored all 3 calls I received today at varying times knowing it was a scam. Then I called back...guy (in Indian/Pakistani voice) tells me to verify my name for security purposes. I told him he already had my name because he was calling my number. Then I told him I knew it was a scam and he got upset and said "muddah F#@ker, F#@k you!" and hung the phone up on me. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Don't fall for this scam. The IRS will NEVER EVER contact you in this manner. It would be through official written correspondence.

Left message for me to call them regarding my account. Called out of curiosity. Answering party said it was the IRS vs Internal Revenue Service. Wanted to know why I was calling, then wanted my tax id number, name & phone number. I told them the IRS never calls people & that I'm not giving them any info. Hung up, then the number was blocked. Total scam.
