Caller ID said HARTSPRINGS. No message left.

Thanks for posting Mike, I've blocked Hartsprings several times.  This time they called from their 413 phone bumber with no name displayed .  So of course I blocked them.  Who are you Hartsprings and why do you keep calling me?

Hartsprings is a foundation that provides funding to Big Brothers Big Sisters , through the collection of useable household items and clothing in good condition.  I have donated to them periodically, but I have never ever received a call from them.  I would hate to think someone has hijacked their identity.  They are not located in Sheffield, MA.  Their base is in Springfield.

Hartsprings DOES call and almost on a daily basis! I have kept a log of times etc and submitted it to the Department of Consumer Complaints. They seem to use the do not call list as their phone book!
