Harassing calls in the early morning.

Caller knew my name.  This particular caller usually uses a calling card with either the area code or country code 234 to contact me.  Met him on a popular online dating service.

I have have been recieving calls from this same number, 413-241-8385.
Did a phone number search and the number is registered to GATEWAY INTL.  When I try to call it back it I recieve a message stating it is a "non working number".
Any other information on this would be helpful

I just recieved a call from this number, and it was a French language recording. I don't speak French, so I don't know what it said, the only word i recognized was "promotional."
