Call from so called person named "Mrs Peterson" She left a message to call back at this 413 number and make sure I had my electric bill. The call came in as 508-659-8197. Of course the only reason the robocall requests that is that once they get it, they can use your account number to change your electric supplier. What a scam. Sick of these calls. The call included reference number n45164 which I am guessing is not a unique reference number. :-)

I got the same Mrs. Peterson call that Petey above  did.  It came in on a fake number 1-508-659-8197.   Not in service.... Color me surprised.

Got exactly same msg from 413 241-5347 with exact same ref # N45164.. was immediately suspicious, as we recently installed solar & called Nat'l Grid ... spoke with Laura who said it isn't necessarily a scam but they want you to switch to 3rd party supplier.... so it is definitely NOT a legitimate Nat'l Grid call...

My elderly mother-in-law got the same call with the same return 413 number and reference number.   SCAM.  Thanks everyone for posting.
