It was definitely an automated voice message saying it was a final call from about the IRS filing suit against me and to call some 202 aercode #. Heads Up, the IRS does use computers reading text in a computer voice to contact folks about issues, they send mail. I have no outstanding issues with the ORS or anyone else, so I had to laugh at the shear stupidity of the message. I *67'd the number back and it was a fast busy signal, a big red flag besides the cheesy computer reading text message. So if you get a call like this, it's a phishing scam.
