Got a voicemail on my cell of piano playing and then a recording says, "thanks for connecting with us. Someone will be with you shortly." When I returned the call, I got another recording that said the voicemail box was full and that I should try again later.

Got a call for the second time in two weeks from this number. They are seeking an "Eric Waters (Watters?)". A digitized voice told me that if I was this Waters guy that I should hang up. I did, but called back and angrily told them I didn't know the chap they were looking for, didn't care why they were seeking him, but they shouldn't call back because they are barking up the wrong tree. Got a call on April 4th from another agency, also seeking this Eric bloke.

It's a call from a collection agency.  The caller id says Eric watters but it's wrong
